  1. What he really should do is do a declassification dump and then pardon Comey, Wray, Strzok and Page, and all the rest of those duplicitous incompetents, up to and including The Community Organizer and St.Hillary! (maybe McCain posthumously, too.) Sorta like what Ford did for Nixon.

Since they aren’t ever going to be tried by Dems, this way they won’t have to worry about a possible future non-Dem administration coming at them. And seeing them trying to claim that they don’t need a pardon should be entertaining, too.

But what he should do, at a minimum, is pardon little Hunter, so Joe won’t have to. Hell, pardon Joe too.

(I also like the idea of the Orange Clown resigning at the end of the year, so that Pence gets to be “46” for a few weeks. Lets Pence play nice on 20 January, and take the record from fellow Hoosier W.H.Harrison. It also screws up all the T-shirts with “46” on them, and means Joe will end up with the third shortest Presidency.)

  2. I don’t think he’s going down, though even most of Instapundit’s links tacitly concede that he will.

Georgia is easily going to flip during the recount, due to the ridiculous levels of voter fraud they had to pull. The Republicans in Pennsylvania’s legislature, who control both houses, have said they won’t certify their electors unless they see a full audit and recount, because the voter fraud was outrageous. Even if Biden holds Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan, he’s still stuck at 269 EV. The vote goes to the US House, which is a state-by-state vote, 1 vote each state. Republicans win that 31 to 19 and Trump keeps his job.

Yes. They don’t even need SCOTUS for that. All they need is the will the intestinal fortitude to act. If they don’t like Lyndsey Graham said this will be the last Republican president elected.

    1. I have dug into what I’d been led to believe could happen, and it doesn’t work that way. Bummer. State legislatures are powerless on certifying elections. Certifying is up to the individual states’ Secretaries of State, and Pennsylvania’s is a crazy anti-Trump Democrat. Then the governor signs the certification, and the electors chosen by the voters head to the Electoral College.

Trump is in court trying to stop the certification to get enough time to produce evidence that the real election result is within the margin that requires a mandatory recount.

“There is no deadline to certify election results in Pennsylvania under state law, but Congress must certify electoral college results by Dec. 8.

But there is not a legal pathway for the General Assembly to influence this outcome.

Disputed elections fall to the courts, not the Legislature, under the Pennsylvania constitution. Also, state law also does not give the Legislature the ability to appoint presidential electors, a reality GOP leadership have reinforced in public comments over the past week.”

If this is correct than we are likely screwed in Penn. George. Even if SCOTUS rules that the late after 8pm ballots be discarded they will just “discard” a very select portion making sure it still leaves enough for a Biden win. Very unlikely SCOTUS will rule to discard the election results entirely no matter how many irregularities are found. If the Republican legislature is powerless to intervene in any way it will be a fait accompli for the corrupt Dems. The state courts in Penn only then have to delay any challenges long enough for the electors certified by Penn.’s Sec of State and send them on to Washington.

  5. “BREAKING! Pennsylvania Court RULES for TRUMP! BALLOTS THROWN OUT!!!”

“Pennsylvania’s chief election officer announced on Tuesday that around 10,000 ballots were received between the close of polls on Election Day and the evening of Nov. 6 — a number far too small to undermine President-elect Joe Biden’s margin of victory in a critical battleground state.

The approximately 10,000 mail ballots are at the center of a case in front of the Supreme Court that President Donald Trump and his allies have pushed for, as they advance a broader strategy that’s less about actually making a cohesive legal argument than it is about undermining trust in the democratic process.”

  6. I don’t get how pardoning Hillary is a “troll,” let alone something to LOL about. It seems more like an abandonment of the founding principles of the United States. Giving an elite a pass when she clearly committed felonies for which any of us would have been disappeared for life? Why? What for?
