…because people have no opportunity for direct investment. We are not going anywhere until they do.

Or more accurately, refuse to pretend that it is a traditional frontier.
Whether or not space is a frontier (traditional or otherwise) is still very much an open question. Mr. Hoeser and similarly minded space advocates have to stop assuming that space is everything they’ve hoped and imagined and start demonstrating that it is.
“Space Exploitation”, just have to change the spelling…
