By bringing charges against Russian officials, Mueller is less likely to see them show up for court, like the last time he tried this. There can’t be a successful trial without evidence and I bet the defendants would like to see the server even if the FBI doesn’t.
I saw former head of the NSA Hayden saying Mueller has access to a bunch of secret information that no one can see and it must incriminate Trump and Russia. Put it out there. Lets see the evidence. Removing a President from office can’t be done by, “Trust us we know a bunch of secret stuff we can’t tell anyone about.”
