I’m with Insty on this one. Enforcement of the Voting Rights Act provides plenty of precedent for federal monitoring of election integrity. In the ’60s the monitoring was to insure Democrat shenanigans did not disenfranchise black citizens. In the present day it would serve to insure Democrat shenanigans do not disenfranchise non-Democrats.
