It turns out we don't have total air superiority in Iraq. Apparently, the Iraqis have some ultralights, and they're being taken seriously.

Did you read the reason we didn't shoot them down (which we could have, easily) was the anti-aircraft crews were waiting for PERMISSION?
I was horrified.
