In case anyone's wondering, I'm taking care of a convalescing Patricia, who had some minor surgery on a torn shoulder tendon today. She's (only, thankfully) temporarily the one-armed woman...

Mrs. Esmay went through a protracted surgery recovery earlier this year from which she is even now only 98% recovered. I wish your Patricia a hearty and hale recovery with all speed. Recovering from injuries sucks.

As someone who has had a full reconstruction, Patricia has my sympathy. Make sure she does all the therapy exercises, if any. It will return to normal.
