I had very similar thoughts to what the picture suggests:

"Doesn't Saddam's capture really illustrate this Republican administration's callousness toward the homeless?"

When I mentioned this to my son, he said, "Pops, I could swear I saw that guy panhandling in downtown Houston earlier this week!"
