If Karl Rove is smart, the Republican convention will feature some grateful Iraqis in prime time, just as a reminder.

I wrote the same thing several days ago. Wouldn't it be fantastic to have the brothers who write Iraq the Model give a keynote?

There's over a month until their convention. Given that we've now flushed Chalabi, there may not be any more of them by then.

Dream on, Bob.

Amazing, Bob, that the best thing for democrats is for Iraqis to die.

That isnt really fair for me to say, but you pointed it out.

I can't wait to vote. Either way it goes it will indicate something very important about our country.

We can be self interested and easily led by the famous stars and simple lies. Or we can bother to learn about Iraq, about the economy.

Whatever we getin a president, we truly will deserve.

Ah I see Bob pollutes this blog as well. Maybe he can get Edwards to sue the terrorists.

It's unlikely he would do it as a foreign head of state but I imagine if they got Allawi to show up? POW! There will definitely be some Iraqis there, i would speculate, maybe lots of them. Bush's lead will be insurmountable from there on in since America (except for blog readers) has yet to realize just how much good it has done.

Rove oughta get some ungrateful Iranians as well - ungrateful for then-President Jimmy Carter's mullah-enabling Iran policy. I'd pick one who a) can tell how Carter's policy wrecked Iran, b) can cite similar policies that threaten us today, and c) how the Dems keep alive the mindset behind such policies.
