I concur with Rick C. The regulatory complaint was a weak & foolish response.

The Dems simply should have run their own 527 ads with video of John McCain's complaints from the 2000 primary.

He's a Republican appointed by Clinton. The FCC agreed to delay a hearing until after the election. Being a Republican means that if Bush wins we'll here chanting about this for the next four years no matter what the eventual decision is.
