Tuning Up The World's Tiniest Violin

The Iraqi insurgents were boo-hooing to Zarquawi last week that their morale is low. Ain't it a crying shame?

The author of the letter also "admonishes 'the Sheik' for abandoning his followers" after last year's U.S. siege on Falluja, west of Baghdad.

U.S. forces led an assault then on the Sunni Triangle city's terrorist network believed to be run by al-Zarqawi.

Because of the "continuous pressure by Iraqi and [U.S.-led] coalition forces," a military statement said, al-Zarqawi has relied on his cell leaders to conduct operations while he is forced to evade being killed or captured.

Doesn't your heart just go out to them?

Here’s another reason for their “Low Moral” http://www.dtic.mil/ndia/2002infantry/topolski.pdf
For most people the numbers won’t mean much, so here it is in a nutshell. These weapon systems greatly improve the ability to kill the enemy long before the engagement begins. The first shot accuracy at these weapons’s at their longest effective range will allow soldiers to wreak havoc on those that wish them harm night or day. Once tactical strategies are developed around this capability, and the units become more mobile, “Where’s a terrorist going to go to have a quiet cup of tea?”

My heart bleeds for them. Poor babies. NOT!

My heart? No.

A different part of my anatomy, however.... ;-p

Hmmm. . .

Rand's link appears to go to the wrong URL. Unless, of course, the terrorists are sad that Lockmart's CEV looks a lot like Kliper. ;-)

I heard this story on FOX, but NEVER heard or saw it in any MSM oulets. Why not I asks myself, well says I, because they, the MSM that is, don't want the average American to know we are winning this war.

Which proves yet again that their agenda once again outweighs thier job of REPORTING the news.
