Still Oriana After All These Years

Taylor Dinerman has a new review of an old book. There seem to be only two copies available. With all of the Apollo nostalgia going around these days (especially at NASA) I'd bet there's a market for a new printing. The proceeds would go to a brave and noble woman, who could use some legal (and sadly, medical) help.

Fallaci has always been one to follow her own drummer. Once, when interviewing the Ayhatollah Khomaini, she was forced to wear a chador in order to have the privledge of being in the old monster's presence. Midway through the interview, she decided that was absurd, ripped away the chador and, reacting like Dracula to the Cross, the Ayhatollah fled the room.
