Death Of An American Hero

Rosa Parks has died. Her bravery moved many Americans to the front of many buses, both literally and metaphorically.

I can imagine that the left wingnuts who think that all "right wingers" and "conservatives" are racists, will imagine that Free Republic will be saying things like "good riddance." Defying the stupid stereotype, au contraire.

There are a few right wingers, I expect, who will be happy because they think she was a good person who is now in heaven. I think that's true, myself, but I am not an advanced enough in my faith to automatically react with the appropriate joy. I still have to think about it. I hope Peter has delegated the task of leading her to her mansion to the white man who asked her to give up her seat.

Yours,
Wince
