Spaceports

Clark Lindsey (whose domain forwarding is still on the fritz) has a roundup on them, including that well-known one in Sheboygan, WI.

It's not, really, a bad idea. Wisconsin has good secondary schools, the workforce by and large has a good work ethic, and with a modest amount of support from Madision .. why not?

But by golly it is _cold_ right now - the high today in Sheboygan is 22 - and that's a great deal warmer than it's been all week. If the Sheboygan Spaceport supporters arrange tours for prospective clients they're advised to do so in the spring.

Err... for suborbital only, I guess, maybe.

Now, I wonder what auroras look like on a suborbital launch?
