Just think of what kind of interesting "bathing suits" for women we could come up with now that we have the computational hydrodynamics codes and the fast computers to run them on. I'm disappointed that the best we've come up with is something crudely brute force like the "thong".

The French do have their moments when they aren't licking German Jackboots or waving white pieces of cloth.
