Frank J. has a new book out. He calls it the dumbest book ever written about the Bush administration. Hard to believe, for anyone who's ever read Ivins.

It's a compilation of many of his blog posts for the past few years. I guess I should finish mine.

Doesn't sound very unifying to me. I doubt many of those countries will cooperate in a useful way with Israel. Plus, most of them probably leak like a sieve when it comes to intelligence. What could you share with them? And some of them may be quite satisfied with the US expending resources on a interminable conflict with Iran.
