One More Reason Not To Do Business In California
This upcoming "bi-partisan" (if you really believe that Ahhhnuld is a Republican) disaster of a health-care plan.
Apparently Sacramento has never learned the story of the goose that laid the golden eggs.

Wow, is that a bad plan. Taxing hospitals to pay for citizens' health costs? Because those costs will never be passed on, I guess. Arnold and the legislature must have total contempt for the intelligence of the voters.
This plan will do wonders for hospital construction in adjacent states, not to mention cigarette smugglers.
