What crimes should the Obama administration be prosecuted for?

On the other hand, here is some criminal activity on the part of the Bush administration that should be prosecuted — securities fraud by the Secretary of the Treasury.
I just got done looking at that, and the comments are depressing. The Leftist trolls quickly seized on “torture”, their cause of the day, and it degenerated into their usual sophistry over how everyone who disagrees with their beliefs are evil and corrupt. I am just tired of being lectured on morality and proper behavior by people who have no standards other than “I won.” They really do believe that Western Civilization is some sort of suicide pact, and it is their duty to make the rest of us carry out our part, first.
The Obama administration will not be prosecuted because Obama, unlike dumb bunny Bush, will issue blanket pardons for all his lackeys on the morning he leaves office. He might even resign that morning and have Biden, or whoever is VP by then, be sworn in and pardon him.
When you’re a banana republic, that’s how you play the game. And we’re a banana republic now.
I want to see prosecutions for the sleep deprivation sessions, just to see someone (with a memory as long as mind) bring up the fact that sleep deprivation was employed at the Branch Davidian siege – on the entire compound.
