Shepherd Smith on Fox News is reporting a bomb blast in Tel Aviv.

Now they're saying there were two bomb blasts.

So when does Israel start implementing its new policy to take and hold P.A. territory in response to each new terrorist attack? I realize they're occupying most of the West Bank cities and towns now, but I would have expected a response by now to the bus ambush, and they're already falling behind...

Arafat seemed to respond pretty well to the threat of involuntary territorial concessions, so why not put the pressure on for real? They should move the fence line out another meter or so already.
