Bah, that's piddly stuff. On Fear Factor, they provide such delicacies as chicken anus or rancid cheese covered in fly larvae.

It was only when I realized there were people out there killing bears to eat their gall bladders that I knew real fear.

The Carp bladders reminded me of a episode of Iron Chef where they had a Fish Roe battle. I drew the line on that episode when one of the chefs started making fish roe ice cream.
