In The Crosshairs

I'm flying back to Florida Friday night. It looks like the first business of the day will be putting up the shutters. I sure don't like the track of this storm. If it holds up, it's headed right for Palm Beach County.

[Update late morning EDT]

The latest track looks a little better for us, but not good for the Keys.

So it is coming into the Gulf... I only hope it stays away from Louisiana.

If its any comfort, experts (snort) predict it will not become a hurricane.

Yes but, unfortunately, the "experts" are a lot better at predicting tracks than they are at predicting intensity.

Well don't attribute this to global warming

Yes, its my fault, I left the iron on yesterday.

Westward turn this morning and still only 40 MPH winds. You may need to worry about rain, but this storm looks like a lightweight so far...hmm, the experts were right?
