Ah, non-Newtonian fluids. Amazingly enough, we still have no good microscopic theory for their motion. (Don't talk to me about reptation and other such snake oil.)

Reminds me of another marvelous video on fluid dynamics, which you can probably find by googling "snapping shrimp" and "Detlef Lohse". The Dutch have some remarkable liquid theorists. Must be living below sea level, I guess. Or drinking all that beer.
