It’s about as well thought out as any other Obama administration initiative.
This is probably the best thought out Obama initiative. You may not like it, but it’s brilliant politics. Millions of Democrat voters and the Republicans tarred as racists for another 50 years. In the battle between Stupid and Evil, Evil has this one.
More illegals means more residents in blue counties, means more Democrat Congresscritters for those districts.
Now if the Constitution apportioned representation based on the number of *citizens* in a district, that would be another matter. But it doesn’t:-(
