Hey Rand, I’d be interested in your take on the FAA letter to Bigelow. Seems like they’re trying to create an OST-compliant substitute for property rights using launch licensing.
I just put up a brief post on it, but absent more detail, hard to know what to say. I’ll probably find out more at the conference.
