  1. Mark my words, corruption connected to the Obamagasm of federal spending will be the downfall of the Democratic party majority. The press is already trying to ignore several pre-existing scandal stories connected to high ranking Democrats. When you add to those scandals new scandals likely to emerge from the bankrupting of America, the stage is set for the perfect counter-campaign for the Republicans in 2012.

The whole of the Chicago style corruption of the Democrats would be a perfect foil for an reformer style Republican candidate to run against.

  2. How long before Eisen is on GMA speaking “truth to power” about those Republican “extremists”?

“The press is already trying to ignore several pre-existing scandal stories connected to high ranking Democrats.”

What makes you think they will report on them? Who is going to make them? Obama has already complained about FNC. Fox will be the only one to report and the rest of the Obama Channels will attack them for it.

  3. “What makes you think [the press] will report on [corruptocrats]?”

Easy, it only takes one MSM provider to break the embargo. As soon as one provider takes up the meme the rest of the jackals will follow. I have faith that individual ambition and greed will eventually overcome loyalty to Obama amongst MSM reporters.

What makes the embargo even harder to enforce is that not all reporters place loyalty to Obama above doing a good job; Jake Tapper of ABC for example. I know from earlier writings of Tapper what a wildly biased person he probably is. The anti-gun stories he used to put on salon.com in 2004 were real jaw droppers. Yet today he is acknowledged as one of the tougher reporters covering the Obama administration.

You can’t fool all of the people all of the time. And Obama’s time is running out.

Only problem is that you are using reality as the baseline for your assumptions that Obama will never win a 2nd term. Unfortunately, we’ve take a nose dive into postmodernism and things like reason, logic, and reality have little relevance. For instance, if you look at the polling you see these several contradictions starting to occur. The numbers of people saying they disapprove of Obama’s handling of the economy are growing. Yet, the overall popularity of the Pres. continues to stay relatively high. It is quite likely that people will continue to bash him on the economy, security, and corruption throughout these first 4 years. Yet, when it comes time to vote it will all just boil away to the feeling of how cool it is to have this hipster Pres. make the U.S. look so good.
