CBS News posted an article with the following title: “Palin Plays the Victim Card.” After CBS and others falsely and ridiculously imply (or overtly state) that she’s somehow to blame for the actions of some lone nut, she’s wrong to complain about being defamed? Huh?
The chutzpah of these people is amazing. Even among the left, there are plenty that are complaining about this absolutely absurd and totally dishonest meme. The people pushing it know it’s false, but they’re clearly hoping that the Big Lie will outlast the truth. This is beyond pathetic.
I don’t particularly care for Palin, so the strategy backfires when I or someone like me starts feeling sorry for her.

If we stay on it, this is exactly what could put her into the WH. She may not be somebodies first choice, but watching her stand up to the media with explicit examples may overcome her negatives with many.
