   I didn’t see the following Bloomberg quote in your link, but I think it illustrates Bloomberg’s bizarre mindset quite handily.

   “The Board of Health does not limit anyone’s consumption, it just requires them to think about whether they really want more than 16 ounces,” Bloomberg said. “Remember that for many years, the standard soda size was 6 ounces, then it became 12 and people thought that was huge.”

   A significant, illegal interference with businesses citywide is rationalized on the basis that it makes people think.

   Bloomberg still comes out ahead: the Dem majority in CO rammed through his 15-rd mag limit this afternoon.

       It’s a victory for his gun-control push, which appears of more importance to him than the sugary-drinks ban. The former he actually cares enough to export to other states.

         Except that the CO law (and many others like it ) will certainly face challenges in courts. I believe eventually, they will be struck down like the idiotic ‘soda ban’, implemented by the giant moron living in the NY Mayor’s house.
