  1. If the IRS were really getting away with it, would the IRS’ apologists be frantically running up your threads to 100+ posts?

I am thinking that some people are at least very worried.

“Nothing to see here, move along” means there is indeed something to see.

    1. Yes..screams to stop the investigation when:

      1) Citizen’s rights were violated by one of the most powerful and coercive agencies of the Fed Govt

      2) It was done to affect a national election

      3) It was admitted to by the agency

      4) No one has been punished..even slightly

      5) The evidence is being destroyed…..

      …are pathetic and dangerous.

  2. By the way, is it just me, or is there any irony in the new Administration press secretary being named . . . Josh Earnest?

    1. Its like George Orwell put on an Valerie Jarrett mask.

“We have switched your normal chief of staff with an author that will make staffing decisions like one of the characters in his cautionary tale about communism. Let’s see if anyone can tell the difference.”

    2. No worse than Mark Felt, a bit of an FBI spokesmen in a sense, during his days.

Then again Jay Carney’s name rhymed well with Carny: a person who works a carnival, which seemed to be what his real job was to the WH press club.

  3. We know much of what they are doing and are incapable of fixing it.

Hitler only wished his mob had such control of government and media.
