Yes, the classic Tortoise and the Hare “race”. China is moving slowly but surely towards its goals while NASA rushes through multiple starts and stops without reaching its objectives. Of course we know who won 🙂
Maybe they’re comparing it against the modern NASA.
They seem to be making steady progress and always exceed western expectations of what they are capable of.
And TM is right, they have a long term strategy. Meanwhile, America is masturbating into the wind.
If TM is arguing for a dictatorship, he’s doing it right.
