I don’t now if it’s the Administration for whom he works, or Carney himself, but I’ve never seen this guy as effective. He comes off like a community theater noob, PLAYING the Presidents mouth piece.
I just can’t figure out if it’s because HE’s not believable or if it’s the parc his bosses have him saying, that is unbelievable.
I’m no Stephanopoulos fan, but that guy could have convinced Hitler to become a Jew. Because he fought for his boss. [until he quit anyway…] You could tell he believed what he was telling the press core, even when I suspected that he didn’t.
There are many examples of people in that job, for both sides of our goofy political landscape, who have done a great job. Jay Carney will NEVER be in that group I don’t think.
