    1. The laptop/desktop version is http not https. I think the mobile app version may be https. This isn’t too much of a problem in Linux, where Brave merely tells you it’s not secure, but in Windows, the browsers clutch their pearls and faint.

      1. Viewing the website in Windows 11 and Edge. No pearl clutching or fainting; it just notes “Not secure”.

    1. Yes, congratulations (so far)!
An excerpt from the court ruling’s pdf from Steyn On Line.

[…] Here, the Court finds, by clear and convincing evidence, that Dr. Mann, through Mr. Fontaine and Mr. Williams, acted in bad faith when they presented erroneous evidence and made false representations to the jury and the Court regarding damages stemming from loss of grant funding. Specifically, the Court finds that Mr. Fontaine and Mr. Williams knowingly violated the rules of professional conduct in eliciting testimony and offering evidence related to (1) the post-publication unfunded grant amounts depicted in Exhibit 517A, and as reproduced in Exhibit
117, and (2) the post-publication funded grant amounts in Exhibit 116. The Court does not reach this decision lightly.

      1. Mann claimed that someones’ criticisms of the investigation into his misuse of data was defamation but then lied in court, amusing.

  1. Excellent news. With Elon and the Trump Cabinet busily taking down both the Deep State of GS-rated weasels and the Dark State legion of parasite NGOs let’s hope your absurd legal situation is the beginning of a parallel take-down of the Climate-Academic-Complex and the Lawfare-Industrial-Complex.
