  1. If you look closely to the nutrition label you’ll see that one flavor package is two daily servings of salt.

    1. At the site where I got the link to that article, a commenter pointed out that ramen in Korea is not at all the same thing as ramen in the US: the commenter said that it’s much fattier and greasier. I don’t have any way to verify that, though.

  2. Meh. Correlation is not causation. I suspect it might well have more to do with the stress levels experienced by people with busy lives who tend to eat on the go.
