1. He lost me at the terrestrial carbon budget crap.

   1. I think the author is Erika Ilves. Maybe orbit fuel depot conferences aren’t so geeky after all.

   2. She, not he. I didn’t read it in detail.

   3. Yeah, he has taken some very deep drinks from the Kool Aid pitcher.

      I can see the actual need for space based propellant developing in the next 15 years…then the entrepreneurs will follow.

2. Propellant depots make so much sense that it is a wonder they don’t yet exist in orbit.

   1. In a sane world, prop depots would exist, and would have done so for a while.

3. Is it a job for the oil and gas industry, or space miners? I think the former has a lot of expertise and experience to offer.

   It’ll require innovative thinking, so is it going to be the equivalent of ULA or New Space?
