  1. I’d write it into the Federal Service Oaths somehow.

“You have sworn away your right to refuse to answer questions related to your area of authority. In particular, anything that relates to ‘I was ordered to…’ requires stating the name of the orderer under oath. Or you lose your job, your pension, and your civil liability immunity.”

    1. On any order of dubious legality, Get It In Writing! Then save it for when people ask questions.

  2. I just don’t see the willpower in Congress to take this on. That frustrates me to no end, and my vote is insufficient to throw out my Representative for their inaction

  3. Koskinen should have been impeached long ago. Now it just seems to be election year posturing. What’s new in the last few months that we didn’t know in 2015? Why let him stay in office this long?

  4. “There is no scandal–just hardworking government employees doing their jobs! Besides, only a tea-partying follower of Emmanuel Goldstein would say ‘executive tyranny’ as if it’s a BAD thing!”–Baghdad Jim

  5. “No monies shall be paid in any form to any person or organization found in contempt of Congress. Any person who authorizes such payment in contravention of this statute shall be ineligible for any payment or benefit from the United States of America,”

Could we put this in a bill or two?
