It seems to me that this situation is ripe for a lawsuit, on the basis that the court is acting in a tyrannical and unconstitutional manner.

That is really scary. I hope Governor Christie succeeds in his quest to clean up New Jersey, it looks like a long hard road.
It’s not really Christie’s job, but the voters. No clever redistricting will keep a party in office if the voters don’t vote for them.
