  1. Grenell being gay may or may not help him, but it will certainly make it hard in California to attack him. The dems would have to run a minority female gay disabled person.

      1. Exactly. You guys are underestimating how much Democrats hate Republicans.

Remember when the media was touting, just last month, Joetato’s “first openly gay ambassador” as if Grenell didn’t exist? Grenell will be attacked as being the wrong sort of gay or something.

  2. With the MSM declaring Afro-Cuban Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio as a “white supremacist”, it is clear that racial/ethnic fluidity has overtaken gender fluidity as an acceptable substitute for reality whenever convenient for the Left, in an entirely new way. It no longer has to be self-declared, but can be declared by a third party, in preparation for denunciation and destruction of target.

Honestly, I don’t know why they bother with the whole morality game anymore. Such a waste of time. Just say “KILL HIM!” and get it over with.

    1. Honestly, I don’t know why they bother with the whole morality game anymore.

My take is that the true believers need the flimsy theater to convince themselves that they’re right. Just like the government of 1984 needed to employ the two minute hate against fake enemies and the short narratives about why they’ve always been at war with Eastasia.

  3. The Democrats dominate the CA legislature so the best that can be expected is 4 years of government gridlock in the state. Giving the state back to Mexico would be a win win. They can have access to a large number of cheap workers who would no longer be “illegal” while the US would become much more conservative over night.

    1. I think our giving California to Mexico would be an act of war.

If we are giving stuff away, let’s at least start with a swap of Hong Kong for San Francisco.

        1. Ha!

I think it would be kind of funny for the people of San Francisco to get the treatment Hong Kong is starting to get, and I don’t think for a moment the Chicoms wouldn’t do it.

  4. I like Grenell’s politics. He would make a good Rep., Senator or governor.

He’s strongly tied in with Trump though. In a state like the Union of Soviet Socialist California (USSC), that could be a problem.
