  1. Maybe it is just me, but the fact that the Biden aides announced the transaction is telling. This is the sort of thing that you would think would never come up, that if confronted with “badly stored” classified documents, operatives of either party would quietly get the documents back where they belong and never mention it again. A public admission sounds more like “I am giving you this chance to come clean publicly on your own, but I have proof I can release if you don’t.” It would probably be a senior bureaucrat that actually takes security seriously – there are some – who would do something like that.

    1. They were found by the Central Scrutinizer. Since it’s his first offense, they were easy on him, giving him a donut and telling him to stick closer to church oriented social activities.

    2. A public admission sounds more like “I am giving you this chance to come clean publicly on your own, but I have proof I can release if you don’t.”

Yes, it sounds like they expected the accusation to surface one way or another. Hard to see how it couldn’t be suppressed otherwise.

  2. It’s all OK, now that we know that the docs were stored in a garage next to a Corvette. No safer place.

  3. There is no comparison between the “scandal” of Trump’s documents and Biden’s. Trump was President of the United States, and had unlimited Original Classification (and deClassification) Authority. Biden, as Vice President, did not have such authority.

The documents Trump had were already known to the government, and their security was guaranteed by storage method, and by the Secret Service protection Trump has 24/7/365. By all accounts, they are pretty vanilla in their level of classification.

Biden’s documents, from what I’ve been able to learn, were TS/SCI, some of which contained human intelligence and identifying information on the sources. I don’t think anyone outside of government has the latter clearance level. He had no ability to declassify any of them, and no business having any of them after departing the Vice Presidency.

My guess is that these documents contain information so damning that the Republican House can easily vote to impeach Biden, and even the Democrat-controlled Senate will vote to remove him from office. The Dems don’t want him to run again – which Biden has vowed to do – because he can’t possibly win. Letting him be impeached and either removed from office by the Senate or by his own Nixon-esque resignation would be preferable. A simply stupid Kamala President would still be preferable to a brain-dead criminal Biden President. And with early voting by mail now endemic, the Democrat Party will always win national elections even while running candidates who shouldn’t be allowed to drive, let alone hold public office.

    1. Removing him for this would also allow them to ignore all the other impeachable offenses, including being in Xi’s pocket, though I’m sure that the House will probably impeach him for that anyway.

  4. The Dems don’t want him to run again – which Biden has vowed to do – because he can’t possibly win.

You do understand that the two statements above are contradictory, right?

    1. Yes, I do understand that it appears to be contradictory. I don’t think the Dems would risk using their Chicago vote fraud technique to foist such an obvious criminal as Biden on America again. But they would be happy to use it to foist a moron like Kamala on us
