Probably not. I do continue to think we need a U.S. Space Guard, though.

After reading that I still do not understand the difference between nor the reason for existence of two separate military units charged with “space stuff”.
But will a Democrat regime cut back on bureaucracy? Doubtful.
US Space Command is a unified, joint command, same as US Strategic Command. It functions to create joint space policy and doctrine. US Space Force is responsible for actually performing space operations, training, and acquisition. It has a similar relationship to the Air Force as the Marines do to the Navy.
