Rudy Guiliani has filed for bankruptcy in Federal Court. Meaning Ms. Freeman and Ms. Moss will have to get in line with all the other creditors er, attorneys, to see how the court decides whatever is left of Guiliani’s estate is doled out. Good luck with that.
How many years has this been going on? And no comment?
Your speech has been halted regardless of the trial. I hope there is a chance of restitution.
It was eleven years in October. It’s not clear that there would be any benefit to commenting. Mark is pro se, so he provides himself with his own legal advice.
He’s representing himself? Oh, no.
Mark’s approach to free speech legal proceedings tends to follow the approach of Paul Anka’s song, “My Way” (also covered by some unknown singer named Frank Sinatra). This certainly worked in Canada with the Human Rights Tribunal. However, given the probably rigged environment in the DC court, this likely won’t work for the Mann case. Hopefully, the stink from the proceedings will quickly bump things up to SCOTUS. This is my hope, but I have no personal knowledge of this horrid mess.
A judicial system which requires a citizen to hire an initiate who can do arcane rites and utter magic words is a bad judicial system.

On Steyn’s quotation of 2023 being “the hottest year”… well was it even so compared to the last dozen years? If it was, how much of that is associated with the El Niño which seems associated with the Hunga Tonga event in January 2022? Did Mann’s data predict this event? Has anyone seen Mann’s data?
