It’s way over my head, but they tested the snot out of the resulting enamel surfaces, and I think they have a winner.
I hope so. I’ll be first in line when it goes on sale next year – if it goes on sale next year.
Every couple of years a story like this appears. About 10 years ago, there was a story about how researchers at one of the CA college were working on something to help soldiers recover from broken bones and they tested the gel on teeth and found that it regrew teeth.
Yes, unfortunately. The same seems true of technology for the regrowth of lost teeth. Couple that with the overwhelming preference of Big Pharma for expensive palliatives as opposed to actual cures and one cannot be overly optimistic. Still, I will keep track of this as best I can and, should there be actual product on sale next year, I’ll be a first-nighter.
Unless the FDA requires so much testing as to keep it off the market and expensive until your grandkids refinance to get it in their old age.
Under the current administration, that seems unlikely.
