CRs are always a disaster, of necessity. It sure would be nice if Congress could actually pass a budget, like in the old days.

LOL. When I read the title, I was thinking “Time to renew again that New Years resolution I’ve been slacking on since January.” Fortunately, the failure has fallen short of disaster.
