Funny, the climate skeptics have never had to resort to things like this — they had plenty of real proof of unscientific behavior. These people sound desperate.

Yes, it’s fake. SOP for these people. I was only surprised the equipment used to scan the faked document was somewhere on the West Coast, and not in a Kinko’s in Amarillo.
