Would you expect a White House spokesperson to 1) have detailed knowledge of and 2) publicly describe how the CIA keeps its secrets?
…when the Fed’s re-gain the ability to KEEP a secret, we can talk about them THEN. I personally will NOT be holding my breath in the interim.
I would expect a White House spokesperson, if they didn’t know any information, to say, “I don’t know any information on that subject”. I would not expect a White House spokesperson to make up a story and try to convince the American people that it was true, even as the few known facts don’t fit the made up story.
I also didn’t expect the Administration to publicly describe who and how Bin Laden was taken down; but they did. So who knows what to expect from Obama. He says one thing and does another.
I expect a White House spokesperson to be capable of coherence. Even you, Jim, would make a more effective press flack for the Unicorn Prince than Carney.
But that’s a very low bar…
Questions about Benghazi be raciss. Nobody would be axing The Honorable Barack H. Obama, First African-American President of the United States about Benghazi if he wasn’t the First African-American President of the United States.
I thought he was born in Hawaii.
Nah, Michelle said his home country is Kenya.
I don’t know which bit needs it, but the “Lockerz Share” thing moves my page-load time from 3-4 seconds to more like 30 seconds. (At least, I think it’s that one. I’m currently using a Mac + Firefox.)
