I wonder how much overlap there is with other VSL theories. I found this book fascinating, even if the author did have a bit of an axe to grind. I wish I had enough time to investigate this subject to give a more informed opinion, but the idea of a variable speed of light is more conceptually appealing to me than what appears, at my level of understanding, to be the somewhat arbitrary conception of cosmic inflation.
This would change everything we know, and I would be not surprised if verified.
GM=tc^3 is elegant. The implications go beyond a possible changing speed of light. If it turns out that c is truly constant and the formula is correct, then vacuum has mass.
