  1. Bottom line being that critical assets must be defended or replaced in a timely manner. No Kidding.

    1. Of course, this has all been known and discussed since the late ’80s, during the 1990s in particular. Nothing was done about it then and it remains to be seen if anything effective will be done now. I’m sceptical, as the rice bowls of a couple of powerful institutional players (looking at you, NRO) continue to benefit from the status quo.
