We get a bit of that over here on the right coast as well.
However I get the distinct impression that some of this crowd won’t be happy until they figure out how to self photosynthesize whatever natural ingredients they need. Not only will these people epitomize the “green philosophy”. They’ll even appear green! Even tho’ we all know how hard that is![1]
But even were that to come to pass. For certain members among the “Green Tribes”, simple lighting of the incandescent or worse fluorescent type will not be sufficient. Because artificial lighting lacks the nutrition available in the missing wavelengths otherwise provided by natural sunlight. Thus an entire new health lighting industry will sprout up overnight offering healthful lighting that would otherwise be impossible to read by….
Well to paraphrase a well-worn sixties adage…. Some folks just can’t get no satisfaction….

Not that I care much about such things as vegetarianism. If I enjoy the taste I just eat it. I only refrain from eating other people. Although I have tasted my own blood on occasion. 🙂
People are supposed to taste like pork. Dog is supposed to taste like lamb. Cat is supposed to taste like rabbit.
Can’t vouch for those, that I know of, but I’ve eaten warthog and deer. It tastes just like pork and lamb except its a bit more earthy. I hate deer just like hate lamb.
