Pork, beans, cease-fire, egg and spam.
Spam, carrots, parsley, liver and cease-fire.
Beans, cease-fire, corn, and sprouts with spam.
“Got anything without cease-fire in it?”
I suppose there is also the Black-Knight scenario…
Hamas can have a unilateral cease-fire any time they want. It’s called “surrender”.
Hezbollah, but yeah, them too.
D’Oh!
Hamas, Hezbollah. Same of thugs funded and controlled by Iran.
As Trump said “I just want people to stop dying”. There appears to be a lot of collateral damage going on on both sides. There has to be a better solution.
They don’t get to start a war, lose it, and then cry for ceasefires.
That war has been going on in that part of the world since the Ottomans left. I doubt anybody really knows who started it. It was probably the MIC or their prececessors in the British Empire.

Wretchard says the intent of asking for a ceasefire is to hamper Israel going after their main target, Iran.
A ceasefire would preserve Hezbollah to be used against Israel when Israel starts taking down Iran and it would prevent Israel from using Lebanon as a staging area for the Israeli air force. Being that much closer to Iran helps and there would be less hostile and “friendly” countries to fly over.

We should have done the same in Iraq.
Previously. Israel agreed to a ceasefire on condition that the U.N. would enforce a Hezbollah free buffer zone. We see how well that worked out, with the U.N. “peace keepers” providing cover for for Hezbollah tunnels, ammo dumps and rocket launchers. We’ll know what Israel wants when Israel starts talking about a ceasefire.
