I’m wondering if that kind of thing happens when people who really don’t believe much of anything very deeply or thoroughly get famous by mouthing the words an audience want to hear, and then just go out in the weeds when they try to start thinking for themselves.
But I’d be open to other theories. Maybe it’s the little endorphin hits they get from clicks, which trains their brain to think in click-bait terms.

The top headline in the Daily Mail is that someone shot up an ABC affiliate in California.
While some of those Antifa folks so signs of training and skills, the majority of them appear to be nothing more than Cosplay Commandos. They’re young and dumb college students with delusions of adequacy and relevance. If federal law enforcement starts arresting them and prosecuting them for domestic terrorism, Antifa’s ranks will collapse in short order.
Probably so. That’s what happened with the last wave of leftist violence in the late 60s and early 70s. Of course it didn’t hurt that a bunch of Weather Undergrounders blew themselves up trying to make bombs and that most of the Symbionese Liberation Army burned up when the house they were barricaded in caught fire from quite liberal use of tear gas grenades by the LAPD. I’m only vaguely aware of who some of these people are. I also have prosopagnosia, so I can’t readily picture them. I stopped having TV when I moved out here (NC/VA border about 50mi north of Raleigh) in 2010. Nothing over the air, no cable, and I decided against the usual satellite TV crap. I had HughesNet for the first few years, then DSL came along from a crappy phone system (when my phones went out it took 2 weeks for the repair guy to show up). Last year I got Starlink and put in VOIP.

Tucker looks like someone who would accept an invitation as a celebrity guest on Dancing with the Stars, and who was such a bad dancer that his professional ballroom dance partner gave up and had him sit on a chair while she danced in front of him before a live TV audience.
Steve always looks like something the cat dragged in.
I am not one to judge people based off their guests because a good show will have on all types of people but Tucker seems to have gone beyond whatever consideration should be given. However! It is important to for one to go watch and then decide if the criticisms are accurate. I wont be doing it, but I think that not doing so is a failing.
Never watched bannon or candace. Candace seems to be acting out of spite for being spurned. And Bannon might be taking no war absolutism to irrational places
Ditto that last thing. The original America Firsters in the 1930s were a motley crew of anti-semites, cowards, fools and fifth columnists. A lot of their contemporary descendants are the same. Just because you’re not interested in war doesn’t mean war won’t take an interest in you.
Israel and Ukraine deserve our support because they are killing our enemies as they kill theirs – same folks. Trump should simply accommodate himself to he fact that he is never going to be handed a Nobel Peace Prize and help the Israelis finish off Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran and the Ukrainians finish off Russia. The Nobel Peace Prize has been a joke and a participation trophy for the last half-century anyway.
