The Supreme Court has blatantly ignored the text of the Constitution for a long time, so expecting them to hold to the text of the ObamaCare law is a bit much. I have no faith that the Supreme Court will rule in line with the law or the Constitution. The Constitution only means what 5+ SC justices say it means, otherwise laws like civil asset forfeiture would’ve been slapped down long ago.
Well, whatever they got on him last time is still there, so….
It’s time the states realized that nine people don’t have the final word on the law.
And people like Jim who are obsessed with the popular vote should take supreme court decisions with a grain of salt.
Oh don’t worry about Jim…his obsession will disappear the first time that the GOP wins the majority…
