Seems to be not long for this world.
This was so blatantly and obviously unconstitutional that even Pelosi said it was (at least initially). I’m cynical enough to suspect that they knew they had no hope of winning, but did this to rile up the base to again demand packing of the court.

National Review really doesn’t want anyone reading their website. That’s why it’s popup after popup. Close one popup so you can read the article and poof, there’s another one. I’m surprised they didn’t use the Blink tag.
