Phuuu. Mojave is Mojave because it is Mojave. Bring in tourists and fancy crap and it’s ruined. “Oh, the noise!” “Oh, I can’t live here, there’s no Spago.” Mojave doesn’t need tourists and belly-button gazing Yuppies. Mojave can’t function as other than it is. This is a STUPID STUPID DUMB idea.
This plan is problematic, in many ways.
For example, the botanical garden, designed to “attract large flocks of migratory birds.”
To the airport.
Not a lot of thought went into that one.
